1. How long does shipping take?

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery usually takes 14–31 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

We always work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.


2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.


3. Do you accept returns?

Yes! We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days after delivery.
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us right away with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.


6. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it for you.
Please email us at trendibaystore@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer make changes.


7. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Trendibay proudly ships to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country.
